On 9 May 2025 we partnered with industry-leading medical service providers to provide vaccination and related services for eligible customers with both a verified transaction processed through Wonder and a valid Wonder payment receipt.

Challenges and learnings

Undertaking an unprecedented mission of this scale as a B2B fintech company has presented unforeseen challenges, particularly in verifying transactions, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing customer support processes. We acknowledge that there have been delays and administrative hurdles in some cases, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our team continues to refine internal workflows to expedite resolutions.

Missing Wonder receipts and verifying transactions

Where customers are unable to locate their Wonder receipts, our team can retrieve transaction details using available information such as the transaction date, transaction amount, and the first six and last four digits of the card number used. Customers experiencing difficulties are encouraged to contact our dedicated support team for assistance.
